Single-segment Precision
Build muscle memory for every segment on the board.
What it trains
Repeated landing in the same part of the board. The base of consistent scoring.
Rules
- Choose 1 segment per day, rotating from 1 to 20.
- Throw 30 darts at that segment.
- Count hits: single is 1, double is 2, treble is 3 points.
How to score
Your point total for that segment session.
Done when: You score 15 points or more.
Target: 30 points on T20 means you are ready for scoring drills.
Variant
Do odd segments in week 1 and even segments in week 2.
Dart tip
No specific preference. Good practice with your normal setup.
