Single-segment Precision

Build muscle memory for every segment on the board.

What it trains

Repeated landing in the same part of the board. The base of consistent scoring.

Rules

  1. Choose 1 segment per day, rotating from 1 to 20.
  2. Throw 30 darts at that segment.
  3. Count hits: single is 1, double is 2, treble is 3 points.

How to score

Your point total for that segment session.

Done when: You score 15 points or more.

Target: 30 points on T20 means you are ready for scoring drills.

Variant

Do odd segments in week 1 and even segments in week 2.

Dart tip

No specific preference. Good practice with your normal setup.
